Hotel Merkur - West Station

Clean, straightforward hotel, it has very good location and staff.

I stayed here 1 night and appreciated it. Only the best continental breakfasts served in the terrace.

I liked my 2 night stay. The hotel of choice in Interlaken.

Some of the staff were not so friendly.

All of the staff was delightfully helpful and caring. We booked twin room for 2 nights and had a real good stay. Cheese and fresh fruit were decent and overall there was lots of food.

Whole place was clean with great views ; best possible location right next to the Interlaken West station. In my guest room there was a comfortable bed that I loved. The breakfast was perfect and savoury, fresh fruit and cheese are offered.

Staff were super, wi-fi was very good, and I liked its ideal location near train and bus as well as Interlaken. Continental breakfast is gorgeous, costs usd 15 per person per day.

The hotel is fairly clean, practical and has unbeatable location directly across from Interlaken West train station.

memorable stay in the good area. i loved staff and location. a supermarket and shopping centers were right next door. lots of food options near to the venue.

The hotel was outstanding and fairly clean inside, I loved it. The rooms were cozy and individual with nice bathrooms. Handy location, just a walk down to hoeheweg.

Convenient property with non-smoking rooms and perfect location. Everyone was caring. Our room had a comfy bed and an exceptionally good view🙂🙂

The room is equipped with a bathtub, which is a bonus. Furthermore, they had free Wi Fi. 15 mins walk to the centre. You can relax at Terrace Restaurants, located nearby.

Fantastic base for exploring Interlaken. The location and views were good for us. Terrace was an advantage.

A railway station was set close to merkur. We loved the nice view.

300 metres away from the hotel there is bebbis unterseen, which is a good dining choice. good base for a city break in interlaken.
